Who is responsible

What we collect and why
When you order, we process your name, email, phone, delivery address and order contents to fulfil the contract. When you create an account, we additionally store your login email and a securely hashed password. We never store full card numbers on our servers in production — payment data is handled by the payment provider.
Advertising and analytics
With your consent, we use Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API to measure campaigns and show relevant ads. Identifiers (hashed email, IP, browser identifiers) may be shared with Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. for this purpose. You can object at any time; see "Your rights" below.
Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies (cart, language, session) and, with consent, marketing cookies set by Meta (_fbp, _fbc). Necessary cookies cannot be switched off; marketing cookies can be declined without affecting your ability to shop.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest or withdraw consent at any time — email [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
Retention
Order data is kept for the legally required retention period for commercial records (7 years in the Netherlands); account data until you delete your account; marketing identifiers for a maximum of 13 months.
