Delivery
Every order ships insured within 24 hours from our Rotterdam warehouse and arrives in 2–5 business days anywhere in the EU. Shipping is always free — for split systems and portables alike. You will receive a tracking link as soon as the carrier picks up your parcel.
Same-day delivery + installation
In selected metropolitan areas you can add same-day delivery with professional installation for €50 at checkout. Capacity is limited per day; if the option is shown as available, a certified technician will deliver and commission your unit the very same day.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to return any unused unit in its original packaging. Start the process from the contact page with your order number — we arrange the pickup and refund the full amount within 5 business days of receiving the return.
