Every unit is covered by at least 3 years of manufacturer warranty.
What's covered
All air conditioners include the full manufacturer warranty of a minimum of 3 years, covering parts, compressor and manufacturing defects. Portables are covered for 2 years by law and by the manufacturer's own terms where longer.
Extended warranty
At checkout you can extend coverage to 5 years for €79 per order. The extension mirrors the manufacturer terms — parts, labour and compressor — and is handled directly by our service desk without paperwork.
Making a claim
Contact us with your order number and a short description of the issue. We coordinate with the manufacturer's service network and keep you updated at every step — most claims are resolved within 10 business days.
