Terms of sale
The conditions that apply to every order in this store. Template for demonstration — have counsel review before production use.
Seller and scope
These terms govern all orders placed with CLIMCENTRAL B.V., Amsterdam ("we"). By placing an order you accept these terms. Statutory consumer rights in your country of residence remain unaffected.
Ordering and contract
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is concluded when we confirm dispatch. We may decline orders in case of pricing errors, stock errors or suspected fraud; any amount already paid is refunded in full.
Prices and payment
All prices include VAT and are delivered-duty-paid within the EU. The price shown at checkout is final — no hidden fees. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.
Delivery
We dispatch insured within 24 hours from our Rotterdam warehouse; typical delivery is 2–5 business days across the EU. Shipping is free. If a delivery window is missed, contact us and we will trace or replace the shipment.
Right of withdrawal (14 days)
As an EU consumer you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Email [email protected] with your order number, or use the model withdrawal form; then return the unused product in its original packaging within a further 14 days. We refund the full purchase price including standard delivery within 14 days of receiving the return.
Returns procedure
Returns are free from any EU address — we email you a prepaid label. Installed split systems can only be returned if de-installed by a certified technician with the refrigerant circuit professionally sealed; otherwise the withdrawal right is limited by the diminished value.
Warranty and liability
All products carry the manufacturer warranty stated on the product page (minimum 3 years on split systems, 2 years on portables) in addition to your statutory conformity rights (minimum 2 years EU-wide). Our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence to the extent permitted by law.
Governing law
Dutch law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection of your country of residence. Disputes may also be submitted to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
